General Manager Vacancy (Motor Trade)

Salary: up to £65,000 basic + Bonus and Company Vehicle

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Depot / General Manager for our clients HGV Commercial site in the Bristol Area

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Depot / General Manager to run a busy well established HGV/Commercial site with a fantastic reputation

Deliver yearly budgets for the Dealerpoint whilst controlling costs and delivering performance standards
Maintain and build on professional customer relationship
Strong focus on people management – identifying training requirements and creating an environment allowing all depot staff to be successful in their rolesRequirement:

Good Business acumen, within the Vehicle Industry, preferably Tricks, with the ability to produce and understand Finance and Management Reporting
To be able to interpret and understand the operational budgets and KPIs
To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally
To be able to manage and motivate a team in their daily activities
Computer literate with strong IT, Communication and admin skillsA proven and solid General/Depot Management background is essential as we need the individual to be of the highest calibre
