Job Description
Goods out Person, £21k per annum, Finedon Road Industrial Estate Wellingborough, 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday working + overtime when busy.
Due to continued growth we are looking to for 2 x Goods Out people to work within a very busy despatch department. As part of the Goods Out / Despatch team you will be involved in the following
Loading of windows, doors and glass on to the lorries and vans
locating the jobs and ancillaries for loadin
Pulling orders through into the correct locations for despatch
use of an in house scan system to ensure everything is loaded correctly
emptying lorries where needed
maintaining a good work ethic and working in a team to complete the days workThis is a very physically demanding role so applicants will have to be used to heavy lifting, constantly being on the go and working in a fast paced environment. Overtime is available during busy periods and an element of flexibility will be required where you may be required to come in earlier or stay later.
You will be joining a company that works with major contractors, house builders and architects, installing over 80,000 products a year for projects across London, the Midlands and South regions, as well as the rest of the UK.
In return you will receive 28 days paid holiday including bank holidays, Monday to Friday working, pension overtime paid at enhanced rate andfree parking.
