Job Description
The Governance and Assurance Officer provides support to the Head of Governance, ensuring the underlying business has an effective risk-management process and achieves the highest standards of corporate and information governance. The key focuses of the role are:
Governance
Providing governance support at Board and Committee meetings, compliance reporting in relation to regulatory expectations, and planning and delivery of projects.
Risk and Assurance
Supporting the structure and population of key risk documents.
Data Protection
Providing key support in processing Data Subject Access Requests and any other requests under Data Protection legislation, ensuring legislator requirements are met
