Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Graduate Finance Broker for our leading client in Northampton. Our client has grown from strength to strength over the last 15 years and is looking to expand their team with hungry sales driven Graduate Finance Brokers.
Job Description Key Responsibilities a Graduate Finance Broker:
Prospecting and calling new clients for new business
To deal with incoming phone and email enquiries
Develop and maintain a long-standing relationship with new and existing clients
Grain a clear understanding of client’s requirements through your listening and questioning skills
Create accurate business proposal
To work closely with Account Managers
Attend trade exhibitions
Work towards your KPI’s and set targets
