Our client is a well-respected global manufacturing company specialising in heating systems who are looking for a Graduate Projects Coordinator to join their expanding team near Derby. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and a keen interest in project management.
Graduate Projects Coordinator
Job Description
Supporting the Plant Director across multiple departments including production, quality, supply chain and maintenance.
Managing and implementing improvement projects across the plant.
Presenting and managing data to various levels of the business.
Improving KPIs for the site and ensuring that production attainment, quality, scrap reduction and efficiency objectives are met.
Report writing for international meetings and group requirements.
Coordinating multiple projects for the Plant Director and leadership team.
Involvement in key project meetings both internally and with 3rd parties, including capturing the requirements from the meetings and performing the required follow up.
Involvement in both large scale and small scale projects across all functional areas of the site.
