Job Description
Graduate Software Engineer – Java / SQL – £25,000 – £30,000 – Camberley / Surrey / Remote/Hybrid
Applause IT are partnered with a well-known software company based in Camberley, Surrey, to work in a largely remote capacity (occasional travel to the office) to recruit a Graduate Software Engineer with some skills in SQL and OOP ideally in Java. You'll be working on their core web analytics products and will gain excellent training in analytics/development of Java based products.
They are seeking an excellent graduate with problem-solving capabilities: you will have a good degree (2.1 or above) in Computer Science (or similar), or alternatively a degree in maths/physics or other mathematically focused area, with some grounding in software programming (Java, Python, C#, MATLAB, SQL etc.) or data related techniques.
Excellent training will be provided, and you will have a bespoke progression plan through to becoming a well-rounding software engineer.
We are looking to add to a young, dynamic team with a hungry and ambitious new individual with an appetite for learning.
