We are seeking talented Graduate Trainee Recruiters across our Divisions; Industrial, Engineering, Commercial and Professional.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for servicing a range of clients and working on a whole variety of different job roles (both contract and permanent).
THE ROLE
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant working in one of our specialist sectors, your goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
Your specific duties will include:
Sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing candidates to develop talent pools
Utilising our database, job boards and social media platforms to access candidates
Reacting to client requirements
Working in a 360 capacity, driving a sales pipeline and developing new business
Attending regular client meetings with new and existing customers
Placing both permanent and contract candidates over a range of disciplines
THE PERSON
Most importantly, the will to deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and clients is paramount. This requires you to be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly, at short notice. You will of course be Degree Qualified, ideally within a Business-Related Discipline, however other disciplines will be considered.
You will also:
Have the proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and work on your own initiative
Have a full UK driving licence
Be confident in communicating with people at all levels, including an exceptional telephone manner and written communication skills
Enjoying working in a team-based environment
Don’t worry about having previous recruitment experience, as your work ethic, entrepreneurial approach and desire to deliver exceptional service are what matter most!
