As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Work on a team of high performing Consultants
Receive the very best in training through a dedicated 12-week program
Shadow colleagues whilst learning both candidate and client management
Ultimately move into a 360 recruiting role
Win, manage and cover a variety of vacancies in a dedicated sector
Add to the atmosphere of a fast-paced and dynamic office The ideal Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant will demonstrate the following skills and traits:
Have a recent degree
Possess a portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc)
Be highly professional with first-class communication and presentation skills
