Do you have a passion for commercial training? Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Training at a well established Accountancy firm.
The role involves:
Monitoring program aims and objectives
Scheduling and planning delivery of programs
Providing report analysis to management
Managing the students journey throughout their apprenticeship
Mentoring your team of Accountancy apprentices The ideal candidate must:
Be a fully qualified accountant
Have experience training in a corporate environment
Have a passion for business and accountancy
Have experience managing a team
