Job Description
Our client are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator in the Maidstone area.
Responsibilities
Helpdesk experience
Taking calls, responding to emails
Logging, closing, updating jobs
Chasing subcontractors
Assigning PPMs
Raising chargeable requests for commercial
Management of all works scheduling with clients, sub-contractors and internal staff
Management of all services and services agreement for auditing, recording and chasing expiring compliance document
The Ideal Candidate
To be a 'team player' within the office
Customer service skills
Strong telephone experience, including complaint handling
Strong Microsoft Office skills including excel
Experience of working in a busy office environment
