Job Description
An organisation in Birmingham are looking for a Housing Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is offering a commutable location accessible by public transport, the opportunity to gain more housing experience and a great working environment.

Hourly rate: £14-15ph paid weekly via umbrella
As a Housing Advisor, you will be supporting the delivery of customer focused housing management services. Your key responsibilities will be:
To case manage actions raised in the customer hub
To support the team to deliver housing services efficiently
To undertake allocated administrative tasks and record work accurately
To ensure queries are being dealt with and reducing need for follow on calls etc
To be successful as a Housing Advisor, you will have:
Previous Housing experience
Customer Service Advisor/ Call centre operative/ Housing Assistant/ Housing Advisor experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft/ IT packages
