Job Description

HR Manager, Up to £50,000

Milton Keynes

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager on behalf of a national IT consultancy. This is a standalone, generalist HR role, reporting directly to the COO. You will be responsible for the full range of human resource services.

Our client currently employs c200 people across the different divisions and they are continuing to grow. This role will be hands on, covering all aspects of HR, but you will also work on various projects.

This role would also suit someone who has worked as a Senior Advisor or HR Business Partner in a larger business.

As HR Manager, your duties will include:

You'll be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
Providing generalist support, coaching and guidance to the managers across all areas of the employee lifecycle
Write or review all relevant notes and letters as required
Coach managers with HR procedures and challenge any non-compliance.
To build and maintain strong productive relationships with key stakeholders.
All HR Admin, including processing all current, starters, leavers and change employee data on the system.
Assists in managing the administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advise on compliance with key legislative requirements.
Interpret and advise on employment legislation.
Management & administration of Employees Benefits.
Oversee the vetting process.
Updating company policies and procedures in line with legislation updates and internal changes.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Experience in a similar role
Strong HR Generalist experience
CIPD qualified
Remain conscious and discreet regarding confidential information
Have good planning and organisational skills
Good communications skills and can confidently speak with all levels of management

Package

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service

Private health care

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
