A GREAT OPPORTUNITY
Clear Sky Recruitment is pleased to be the recruitment partner for an established service business based in Oakdale, near Blackwood. On their behalf, we are seeking to recruit a team of Inbound Agents to join their business on a temporary to permanent contract. If you'd like to work in a modern office which promotes a fun environment, whilst respecting and supporting colleagues, then this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking appointments with customers, quickly and accurately
* Responsible for resolving customer complaints
* Responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely manner
* Responsible for sending and monitoring our Customer & Client Satisfaction Surveys
Key Requirements:
* Previous call centre / Customer service experience
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* Team player
* PC literate
* Problem solver
* Live local or have your transport (Due to location)
* Full training will be provided!
Hours of work: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
