Job Description
Arden White Aviation and Aerospace recruitment are currently working with a leading Aviation company with incredible offices within the recruitment of an Inside Sales Representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and revenue by finding new sales, supporting other members of the sales team and providing complete customer support for sales and services.
This role requires a high level of close interaction with both customers and various internal departments. As such, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills coupled with a positive and energetic attitude.
Key responsibilities of the Inside Sales involve.
Receiving, researching and answering customer inquiries and complaints regarding sales orders, invoices, shipping data and paperwork.
You will be required to coordinate with Sales, Product Lines, Quality Compliance, Warehouse and Accounting departments to ensure a positive outcome.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a problem solver with a strong eye for detail and a strategic mindset. You will also require the ability to multi-task and deal with high levels of customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
