IT Support Engineer (Charity)

Edinburgh/ HYBRID

£35,000 – £40,000 + 35 days annual leave + Lothian Pension Fund + Company benefits

Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to step up to more a senior, long term and stable role for a charity backed by the Scottish government to help the most vulnerable members of society?

On offer is a great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a long-standing providing care for children with life shortening disabilities. Leading their internal support team, the successful IT Support Engineer would be providing a high level of customer service and offering a full scope of IT advice as the final point of escalation.

The ideal candidate will be looking for a varied IT role where you will lead the support team and be the final point of escalation for an organisation that offer great benefits.

The Role:
* 1st, 2nd, 3rd Line IT Support (Office 365, Azure, Cloud, Citrix etc.)
* Provide a high level of customer service to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
* Correctly leading the team to prioritise urgent tickets
* Working Remote Monday & Friday, From Office Tuesday – Thursday

The Person:
* IT Support Engineer
* Proficient at all manner of IT issues being the highest point of escalation
* Degree in Computer Science/ITIL qualification OR something similar
* UK Driver's License
