What you'll be doing
Work with Training Manager to deliver Training Strategy across company
Design and develop digital e-learning content
Deliver learning programmes virtually or face to face
Deliver Induction programme for new starters
Design and deliver ad-hoc Training sessions as per business requirements
Agree, plan, schedule and track Mandatory Training.
Ensure records are kept up to date with e-learning modules, in-house and external training courses
Support L&D Admin with co-ordination of training events including: arranging dates venues, communication, room layout and resources
Collect, compile and report on Evaluation of all training delivered
Liaise with external training providers to seek relevant courses and arrange delivery
Support Team Leaders and Managers to develop their people skills
Use of systems (LMS) to design, report and record learning activity
What we are looking for
Design, develop and implement new eLearning courses
Knowledge of course development software (such as Articulate, Powtoon etc) and a Learning Management System
Experience of delivering training in a financial services environment is preferred
Evaluate and report training programmes
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills to include the PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Teams
Presentation Skills.
An ability to learn & document new systems and processes.
Learning facilitation.
The ability to learn, document and roll out new systems and processes
Demonstrates an understanding of learning theories.
