Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

My client, the UK's fastest growing Legal group is seeking a talented individual to join their growing Learning and Development Team. As the successful candidate will be responsible for delivery and evaluation of training delivered online through eLearning and webinars as well as facilitated classroom-based learning sessions for end users.
Ideally based out of Portsmouth, this role will require the candidate to travel to the business' Weymouth and Exeter offices, with approximately one day in each office per week, the other 2 days can be worked from home as part of the company's hybrid working policy. Travel expenses will be provided, so you won't be out of pocket and will be able to deliver onsite training as required.
About the role
Your responsibilities as a Learning & Development Trainer would include:
Conduct training sessions for all employees on a wide range of software applications including in house systems and Microsoft
To analyse the training needs of all colleagues within the organisation
To monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered
To keep up to date with relevant systems, software and where appropriate programming languages used within the organisation
Co-ordinate the administration of training courses, including diary management and database management
Facilitate Learning and Development meetings with a range of stakeholders
Engage in team culture to share knowledge and provide support
What we are looking for:
Relevant experience providing training on IT software packages and systems
A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Experience of delivering soft skills training courses
Excellent communication, prioritising and organisation skills
Previous training experience with the legal sector is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
Full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel to deliver training across our regional offices when required
