Learning Support Assistant in Uxbridge

Academics are working with a lovely Primary school who are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join them in the new academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant or Graduate to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs. The ideal candidate will have degree graded 2.2 or above and previous experience working with SEN children is desirable but not essential.
The role will involve working with pupils 1:1 with lower achieving pupils who require extra learning support. The Learning Support Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with children who suffer mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour or have learning difficulties, eg. Autism.

The ideal candidate for this Primary school will be confident and passionate about working with students who need extra Learning Support. They will have a can-do attitude and willingness to help in other areas of the classroom, and the ability to work well under pressure.
