Job Description
Legal Secretary – Temporary requirement
Pay: Negotiable dependant on experience
Start date: Immediate start
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Fareham
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established solicitor based in Fareham
Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a temporary Legal secretary with immediate effect
As a Legal Secretary we require someone with previous experience in this field
You will support a team of specialist solicitors with highly confidential information on a daily basis
Audio typing
Managing confidential documentation
Updating the internal system with client information
Meeting and greeting visitors
General all-round administration
We need someone who is available asap , happy to travel to Fareham and hit the ground running
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary would be required
