My client are a leading end company in their market who are hiring for an L2 IT Support Engineer with availability to work on a Hybrid basis. This is a 6 month contract, based in Dublin.

Primary Tasks:

Assisting the helpdesk to clear all incidents and troubleshooting issues in all relative areas.
Administration and management of systems.
Work within the IT support team delivering customer service to a high standard.
Provide 2nd line onsite and remote technical support services.
Assist with the design and deployment of technical projects
