Job Description
I am currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants for a primary school in Leicestershire. Various roles available.
You will need:
Experience of using team teach strategies
Excellent behaviour management in relation to children with SEMH needs is essential
Previous experience working with groups of SEN children across all primary age children is highly desirable.
Experience of working with small groups of SEN children and intervention.
NVQ Level 2 qualification
The ability to remain calm under pressure
To be able to work well as a teamAre you someone is keen to develop your own skills?
Training and development to develop in this role can be provided by the school if you are willing to undertake professional development.
