LSA / Learning Support Assistant – Harrow – September 2022 – £80-£120 Per Day – Full-time – SEN School

LSA required to work at a SEN school in Harrow
LSA required to work full-time form September
LSA required to work with Key Stage 3 SEN students

The Role – LSA

For this role, I am actively recruiting for a friendly and experienced LSA / Learning Support Assistant to work in a SEN school. The role will require you to work with students in KS3 (Year 7) who have Special Educational Needs and Learning Difficulties. You will need to build a rapport with the students by providing them with academic and emotional support, encouraging them to take a more independent and proactive approach to their learning. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal LSA will need to have experience working with children or young people who have Special Educational Needs such as Autism, ADHD and Learning Difficulties. This role requires full-time commitment.

SEN School – LSA

This SEN school is located in the London Borough of Harrow and caters for students between the ages of 11-19 years who have various Special Educational Needs such as Specific Learning Difficulty, Visual Impairment, Other Difficulty/Disability, Hearing Impairment, Speech, language and Communication, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health, Multi-Sensory Impairment, Physical Disability, Moderate Learning Difficulty, Severe Learning Difficulty and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty. They currently have 56 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' in all areas from their last inspection in September 2019.
