Production Operatives required for a specialised manufacturer of construction products. The employer has a new facility and is looking to build and develop a new team
Competitive Salary + Pension + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5pm. Eventually moving to rotating days, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm rotating and a potential night shift in the future.
The Successful Production Operative will come from a hands on background, will be highly motivated and willing to learn new skills. Those with previous experience of working in a technical role, manufacturing or machine operating will be at a significant advantage.
The Production Operative Role:
* Following company SOP's and Health & Safety requirements.
* Work and communicate with other members of the team to ensure transfer of information with regard to your role.
* Communicate with Shift coordinators and Leaders to ensure they are aware of any issues in your designated area.
* Operating of production machinery.
* Ensure production data is recorded properly.
* Housekeeping of work areas.
* Ensure any production waste is discard in the correct manner. The Successful Production Operative:
