Machine/Process Operative – Weekends

£10.29p/hr-£10.49p/hr + 20% Shift Allowance, Days, 3 x 13hr shifts, Temp to Perm

BINGLEY

Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Machine Operative/Sitter to work in the Production department of a busy Manufacturing company based in Bingley on the Weekend shift.

The role will involve working in the Machine Shop, including the Operation of the Process Machinery and Loading and Unloading of the Machines. Once fully trained you will become capable of Operating several machines and work within a small, multi-skilled team. Day to day duties within the role will include:

-Loading Machines for use using C/B FLTs or by hand

-Setting up the Process Machines

-Machine Operation and Sitting

-Fixing any problems during the Machining process

-Moving stock around the Warehouse

Key skills needed for this role include:

-Previous Machine Operation/Sitting experience would be beneficial

-You must be Mechanically, or Process minded

-C/B FLT License is advantageous

-Good eye for detail and quality

-Possess good communication skills

You will be required to work 3 shifts, 5am to 6.30pm from Fri to Sun. The initial Pay Rate for the role is £10.29p/hr to £10.49p/hr DOE and FLT Licenses held with a 20% shift allowance on top. The role is advertised Temp to Perm.
