Site Manager (Facilities Maintenance)
Moorgate
£48,000 + 25 days holiday
A reputable maintenance provider is currently seeking a Site Manager to run one of their flagship schemes based in Moorgate. This prestigious contract is seeking an individual who has strong experience working within a client facing commercial environment. The reputable maintenance provider is renowned for a high level of career progression and have a high staff retention rate. Some of the duties will include the following.
* Monitoring KPI's and managing the Service Level Agreement for the contracts
* Managing a team of engineers
* Visiting clients/customers on site and oversee all Hard services on site
* Managing P&L and budget control ,Ensuring PPM and reactive works are being carried out.
The Essential requirements to be considered for this position are the below.
* 17th Required – 18th Preferred -Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent to.
* 3-5 years Site Manager / Contact Manager experience
* Must be fully Electrically qualified
* Must have experience looking after a team
