Job Description
A well established charity is looking to hire a registered manager for a 12 months fixed contract. You will not require registration with Ofsted for this post thus you can gain the necessary skills and experience in a registered post without requiring the effort of registration.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of a children's residential home. The service is located in Islington and provides either short-term or long-term placements to children and young people that are in difficult situations. The children are between the ages of 12 to 18 years old being of both genders.
The children's home is part of a large children's charity organisation that has outstanding reputation. You will benefit of the in-house training academy and continuous support from senior management. As the registered manager you will be able to implement your own ideas and be part of the innovative programs that the charity is currently providing that protects the welfare and safety of the residents.
