Marketing and Administration Assistant Job in City of Westminster, Greater London

Job Description

Our client, a well-established international membership organisation, have a wonderful opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join them as a Marketing and Administration Assistant within their Training and Events team! This is a great role for someone looking to gain key marketing experience and grow their skillset within a trade association.

Duties in this role will include:

* Plan, write and implement marketing activities for all parts of the trade body

* Posting and monitoring of social media channels

* Prepare slides for all internal and external presentations

* Be a first point of contact for events and training queries

* Other various administration tasks

The ideal candidate will:

* Be highly organised and able to prioritise as needed

* Have a high level of social media awareness and competence, including LinkedIn

* Be comfortable working to deadlines with high attention to detail

* Have a minimum of 12 months office-based experience

* Be competent in using Microsoft Office
