Liberty CL Recruitment is delighted to be working with our client on an exclusive basis, in their search for a Materials Planner. This permanent role is based in Gosport, Hampshire.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 P/A, dependent upon experience, as well as some additional benefits, including; 22 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme, casual dress code, free parking on site, plus more!
Some of your responsibilities will include;
* Planning, organising and producing production requirements to meet customer demand,
* Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules,
* Coordinating with sub-contractors and internal stakeholders,
* Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production,
* Analysing inventory – examining slow moving and excess stock,
* Capacity planning.
As an individual;
You will have proven production/materials/manufacturing planning experience, ideally from a fast moving, manufacturing or technical environment.
You will be confident, and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This role would suit someone who would also like to develop managerial experience in the future!
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
