Membership Coordinator Job in SW1V, Victoria, Greater London

Job Description

My client, a small, friendly and dynamic membership organisation, with office near Victoria, seek a Membership Coordinator for a one-year fixed contract to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for someone with great customer service skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to undertake some project research too.

Other main duties will include;

Enter and update membership and registration information in the CRM system

Respond to member enquiries received by telephone, email and face to face at events

Process payments

To acknowledge receipt of applications for professional registration and prepare registration schedules

To attend and assist with other UK-based exhibitions, and awards events (approximately 3 or 4 times per year)

To assist the marketing department with promoting, webinars and regional events to members.

This is a 12-month contract role, with a salary of circa 26K. Hybrid working is offered, 2/3 days in the office is required.
