Job Description
RECenergy are proud to be supporting this established metering company for their recruitment campaign to source Dual Fuel Qualified Smart Meter Installers.
Applications are now being accepted for EUSR registered dual fuel installers to carry out Meter Exchanges
The Benefits / Extra information
£32,000 Basic Annual Salary (achievable earnings £36k+)
No Call out
New Vauxhall Vivaro Van or Peugeot Dispatch
Fuel Card, Phone, Tools, PPE provided
Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm
40 hours per standard working week (paid 1 hour lunch)
20 Days plus 8 Statutory Days Annual Leave entitlement
Stakeholder Pension Scheme
Statutory Sick Pay Scheme
Performance Bonus
£10 per meter once 25 meters have been installed per week.
£10 bonus for 26 – 30 meters fitted
Fit 3 duals per day = £50 pw = £2,300 bonus per year (46 working weeks)
£15 bonus for each meter fitted 31+
Fit 35 meters per week = £125 = £5,750 p.a.
Attendance Bonus £125 per month x 12 months = £1500 (Paid monthly if no sick days taken)
Total Earning Potential based on above example
£32,000 Basic annual salary
£ 2,300* Perf. Bonus (*based on 3 duals per day)
£ 1,500 Attendance Bonus
£35,800 Minimum earning potential
Applicants Requirements
Applicants for these positions will need to be fully qualified smart meter installers to the following standard:
EUSR Registered for Single Phase and Single-off Multi
ACS Qualified to CCN1 or CMA1 or CMA3 plus MET1 or Level 2 Diploma in Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) qualified
MOCOPA (previously/currently held)
At least 6 months post metering qualification work experience
Maximum 6 penalty points on your Driving Licence (manual transmission required)
