Job Description
With a starting salary of £26,877 or £32,480 dependant on CeMAP qualification and an OTE £50,000, I am recruiting a Mortgage Advisor for an award-winning organisation working within an environment, that is young, dynamic, provides brilliant progression opportunities and situated right in the heart of Manchester City centre.

Management of leads via multiple channels and being able to close deals
Delivering excellent customer service through an evaluation of customer needs and offering a recommendation best suited to them
This is a very fast pace and target driven environment so being able to meet and exceed KPIs and service level agreements
Observe ethical and standards and regulatory guidelines
Adherence to new policies and proceduresI'd LOVE to hear from you regarding the Mortgage Advisor position if you:
Have experience in the Financial Services sector so positions such as, Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Coordinator, Underwriter, Loan Administrator, Claims handler, Claims administrator or a Sales position within Financial Services would be ideal
Experience of working within a regulated environment and working towards regulatory guidelines
Proven experience in outbound sales with the ability to close deals with a range of products
Strong, clear and concise communication skills
Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills
