The role is to provide efficient and reliable support and provisioning to managed service customers within the network team. This client is a leading supplier of business telecommunication solutions with thousands of customers utilising data, voice, cloud, and mobile solutions to aid business requirements.
Role: Network Infrastructure Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up To GBP70,000 + OT Available + DIS + Employee Perks Site + 28 days hol (+bank holidays)
Some of what you'll be doing:
·You'll work solely in the network team, this role will be split 50/50 3rd line escalation and project-based
·You will step away from the day-to-day projects and be more customer focused
·You'll be involved in speaking with landlords and looking at the upcoming solutions.
·You will also discuss current solutions, what they sell and how they can be adapted to different vendors
·Managing a team of three, with a scope to grow
The Candidate:
·Juniper experience essential (minimum JNCIS)
·JNCIP is an ideal qualification but not essential
.7+ years experience in similar role
·Customer focused/Client facing experience essential, ideally from an MSP/ISP
·Able to work in a high-pressure environment and work to strict deadlines
