OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
GRIMSBY
£Excellent
Mon – Fri 9 – 5 (1 hour lunch)
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the friendly team of our Grimsby client who specialise in the provision of commercial catering and laundry equipment. If you are an Administrator with excellent customer service skills who enjoys being the first point of call for clients via telephone and email this could be a great opportunity for you. You will enjoy working as part of a team supporting the Company Directors, Operations Manager and Business Manager.
Key responsibilities Office Administrator:
* Call taking via phone & email
* Office admin
* Updating client portals with up-to-date information
* Ensure all customers receive a high level of customer service
* To log jobs internally and close them down on our system
* Escalate jobs when necessary to the relevant parties
* To provide customers with accurate updates in a timely manner
* Support the Senior Management Team as required
Personal specification Office Administrator:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word & Excel)
* Ability to interact with staff at all levels and work under pressure while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, together with good telephone manner
* Ability to prioritise work
* Ability to work independently as well as under direction to identify and resolve problems
* Flexible approach with the ability to respond to changing demands and take on additional responsibilities as required
* Extremely personable with ability to work within a small team
