Job Description
Office Coordinator
Office-Based, 5 days a week
Our Client is in the travel industry and is in need of an Office Coordinator to manage their Satellite office here in London.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to,
Reviewing and renewing contracts for office, insurance, etc.
Liaising with building reception and dealing with any issues that may arise.
Marketing approvals and feedback.
Collating invoices and supporting's at the end of the campaign period
Requesting and collating monthly passenger data
Monitoring UK mailbox and answering where necessary
Ensuring the holiday spreadsheet is up to date and approvals logged
Requesting and sending out merchandise as and when needed
Answering queries from the general public and sending out maps/guides as requested
Managing, rebooting, and renewing the comms room equipment as and when needed
Ad-hoc admin duties (collecting and collating feedback forms, ensuring all documents received from fokam trip participants, etc.)
Manage the logistics and planning for an office move.
