Job Description
Frameworks manager needed! Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a Frameworks manager to join a major Tier 1 contractor working on a landmark project in London. We are looking for a candidate with good previous experience managing manjor rail and civils projects.
This is a permanent role allowing you to progress your career by joining this contractor.

Professional Development opportunities Exeperience :
Proven ability and demonstrable experience of managing and delivering a portfolio of multi-discipline Civil Engineering projects within a Rail environment, from tender to completion up to a total value of £15m per annum
Excellent knowledge of Network Rail suite of contracts and NEC3/4
Good working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations, Network Rail standards and relevant industry regulation
Excellent Microsoft Project skills and an understanding of P6
Previous experience in Pre-Qualification and Tendering processes
Experience managing a delivery team and working with other departments to achieve project deliverables Canadidate requirements:
HNC, HND or Related Degree
Chartered membership (ICE or CIOB)
Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
Personal Track Safety (PTS)
Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) – B&C
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
