Job Description
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
An award winning multi-disciplinary property consultancy now require a diligent part 2 architectural assistant to join their architectural team to work on a variety of projects across the UK, based out of their Braintree office in Essex.
The Company
The successful architectural assistant will join a consultancy specialising in Architecture, Building Surveying, Engineering, Project Management and more. The part 2 architectural assistant can expect to work on projects across a range of sectors including: Residential, commercial, healthcare, government builds and more.
The Part 2 Architectural Assistant
The architectural assistant will be expected to:
Be competent across all RIBA stages, 1-6
2 years' experience
Proven design and analytical skills
Technical detail
AutoCAD, Revit and/or BIM
Knowledge of UK building regulations
Full clean driving licenseHours: 8:30- 5pm
