Job Description
Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Coventry based client in their search for an experienced Payroll Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a nationally recognised business, and will be responsible for overseeing a team which successfully processes multiple weekly and month payrolls from start to finish for 2000+ employees.
* Previous experience of managing a team responsible for overseeing large payrolls
* One to ones appraisals and performance reviews
* Designing workflow processes to maximise efficiency
* Maintaining best practices and ensuring continued team development through training programmes
* Experience of managing system implementations
* Management of overpayments
* Dealing with complex payroll queries
