Salary: Temp to Perm £32,000 – £34,000
Role: Remedial works & Installs
My client a leading Social Housing Contractor are currently seeking a number of Plumber/multis to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across the Westminster & surrounding areas. This position is a perm and will come with a van and fuel card.
Duties include:
* Sinks
* 1st fix plumbing
* 2nd fix plumbing
* Bathrooms
* repairs
Requirements:
* NVQ in plumbing
* multi trade experience
* Social housing experience
* UK Driving license
