Job Description
My client was established in 1990. Over the past three decades, the company has grown significantly. As a result, they are currently one of the country’s leading specialists in public house, hotel, shop and leisure refurbishments. You’ll find the company’s head office in the Watford area providing excellent links to London and the South East where many of the projects are based. In any one year, my client will complete over 250 projects nationwide, ranging from £10,000 ‘sparkle’ projects to £2 million property developments.
Due to the continuous success they are looking to bring on a Plumbing and Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a full time permanent basis,
The projects will involve visiting various pub refurbishment or school projects throughout London and the South East and dealing with issues on site,
Duties will include:
* surveying plumbing issues at a vast selection of pub refurbishment projects,
* ordering and chasing sanitary ware orders,
* answering to the Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor and all Contracts Managers.
Salary- £45k – £50k plus vehicle
