Are you are Practice Nurse seeking to join a supportive, forward-thinking GP Practice that prioritises staff-wellbeing and patient care? Then look no further as this could be the opportunity for you! The role is looking for a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience who has a specialist interest in at least one long term condition. You will have the chance to see smears, wounds, baby and child immunisations, dressings, long-term conditions, and more!
Salary – £34,554 – £38,961 per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave
