Job Description
Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Cambridge. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a new Product Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. ** This is a remote role, covering the South East of England, including London**
Main duties will include:
* Carrying out product demonstrations within private homes, hospitals and care homes
* Providing consultative advice on products
* Assisting the sales team where required
* Managing existing accounts and contributing to the development of new customers
* General administration following demonstrations
* General customer services
* Participate with new product development
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills, especially face to face
* A strong work ethic, self-motived with the ability to work independently
* Strong customer service skills with an empathetic nature
* Enthusiastic team player
* Physically fit and able to move heavy equipment
* Good IT skills
* A full clean driving licence and ideally experience of driving a van
