Job Description
We are looking for a energetic, proven and successful Product Trainer who wants to play a huge part in public safety and helping people? You must have an ability for building relationships as well as a passion for delivering training on products and services!
As a Product Training Executive you will be responsible in providing professional on-site product training to the company's customers(Local Government, educational establishments, large corporates and resellers).
You will be home based and you will be expected to attend appointments and win business in Watford/London area . From time to time you be expected to travel to the head office based in Solihull.
Responsibilities:
Interface with the Head of Customer and Sales Support and peers within the Product Training Team.
Liaison with various head office departments.
End user and associated affiliates interaction.
Provide training on exiting products
Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Accounts, distributors and partner companies
Ensuring the customer receives a high standard of product training.
Ensuring product and services quality standards are adhered to.
Ensuring administrative responsibility/duties are up-to-date and of a high-quality standard.
Ensuring that company equipment and vehicle is kept in good, clean and presentable order.About you?
Experience within a field training role (product training is preferable but not essential)
Relationship driven in your approach
Proven ability to be able to present and train customers
A passion for provide training on products and services is a must
You will be self-motivated and demonstrate an ability to work unsupervised
It is desirable that the post holder has a formal qualification pertaining to Fire Risk Management.
Fire Safety and Health & Safety knowledge is beneficial
A strong sense of customer satisfaction.
Willingness to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of IT and the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
Hold a full UK driving licence Benefits:
