Job Description
Project Manager – Tier 1 Contractor – Dublin €95k + Bens
The Firm
Main contractor involved in Construction, Commercial Office Fitout and Critical Environments such as Pharmaceutical Laboratories, manufacturing facilities and Data Centres.
The Project
A challenging project in Dublin city centre, comprising rising concrete lift cores and external walls to roof level.
Basement concrete works, internal block walls and white tank system.
A structural ground floor incorporating structural steel beams, metal deck and structural screed.
The next phase of works are due to start imminently which will include a structural steel frame, metal deck and screeds rising to 6 floors above street level.
The Candidate
Third level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
10+ years construction experience with structural and civil building work.
Demonstrated ability to plan & deliver a complex project.
Strong numeracy and report writing skills
Ability to build & maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
Understands commercial realities; proposes cost-effective solutions
Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package)
