Circa up to £60,000 per annum. Plus flexi benefits package

Our client is an award-winning SME who are experiencing a period of growth, however, very much keeping their quality over quantity culture. They like to take people out of the big PQS firms who are feeling frustrated/ pigeonholed and want to work more autonomously as well as working on multiple projects at once!! They work on mainly build projects and you will have the opportunity to work across the board, and genuinely progress through the business.

They are looking for a Project Manager who are wanting a change into an SME and value this environment. They need someone who can plan and supervise a wide range of projects from start to finish! You will oversee projects and ensure they are completed on time and in an efficient manner. They are looking across their board of projects so anyone with build experience and a passion to help the company grow is perfect for them!

Ideally, they are looking for:

* Someone from a PQS background and understands how to liaise with clients

* Someone willing to work autonomously as well as within a team

* Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to the budget

* Plan all construction operations, schedule intermediate phases, and ensure deadlines are met

* Ambitious/ hungry individuals who pride themselves on their work

* Ideally someone with build experience- however, they believe all skills are transferable

* Relevant University degree/ construction qualifications

* Eligible to work in the UK
