Job Description
Our Requirements:
• Must have shopfitting back ground, whilst Site Management experience is a positive candidate also need to have Contracts Manager experience
• with appropriate Principal Contractor side experience (not Client or Consultant),
• and experience of Retail fit out and refurbishment, – (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Co-op, B&Q, Primark, John Lewis, Apple, H&M, Wilko, TK Maxx, Starbucks, Costa Coffee…)
• ability to deliver Multiple projects at any one time,
• with Project values typically from £100k – £1m with duration 3 – 8 weeks.
• Comfortable dealing with projects on multiple shifts and weekends.
• Reside within 45 minutes of our office at Fradley Park
• Black CSCS Managers card
• Proficient with Microsoft Project
