Job Description
Henry Martin Group are working with a well established main contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a mixed used residential development based in Hertfordshire.
The build consists of both RC frame residential apartments and timber frame houses so previous experience being a No.1 on site on similar projects will be essential. Our client is looking for someone to lead this project until completion in 2024 and then move on to a new project immediately afterwards.
As the Project Manager you will have a team of 1 Senior Site Manager and 2 Site Managers working underneath you whilst you report directly into the Construction Director.
