Property Owners Account Manager/Account Executive Job, City, Salary up to £55,000

Your new job as a Property Owners Account Executive will be working for an award winning Insurance Broker based in the heart of the City. This Broker specialise on delivering prompt and innovative service to clients as well as offering bespoke insurance programs for clients ranging from Private individuals to Multinational Corporations UK wide, who have access to all significant markets, including Lloyd's of London. With over 50 staff they invest in people. Due to the substantial growth in the Property Team a position for Property Manager /Executive has arisen.
Your new role
Working as a Property Account Executive within an established Property team, your role will be a varied and interesting role with responsibility for day-to-day management and development of a portfolio of Property clients, predominantly managing agents and private landlords. In addition, looking to grow existing portfolios and working on building new relationships with the view to acquire new business. You will be responsible for working alongside Account handlers and Account Executives dealing with clients from inception to completion with properties both in the UK and Europe. You will maintain clients' policy portfolios including processing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments achieving ieve Contract Certainty before and after renewal or new business procedure . Attend client and supplier meetings as well as produce any technical documentation. Your role will also include actively seeking new business opportunities as and when necessary. There may be opportunity to travel to visit clients throughout the UK, as necessary, in order to conduct client or new business meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience of handling Property Owners business ( ideally Residential) or in a related field either from a broker or insurance company background with experience in servicing of clients will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be confident in being able to deal with clients from inception to completion and your experience of working in a similar role is essential. This is a superb opportunity for a confident and highly motivated individual, who is organized, can multi-task and prioritise their day. You will also have good working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
