This position will sit within the newest addition to our group, Centrick Commercial.
Centrick Commercial is a multidisciplinary property consultancy offering an independent and fresh perspective on the property market. We provide our clients with solutions that meet their commercial objectives.
We are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As a Property Administrator, you will act as our first point of contact for queries and carry out a range of day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date, you will maintain these for meetings and contract signings, processing leads, reviewing bookings and taking ownership of our Reapit system.
You will also manage and escalate queries whilst seeking to maximise efficiency and scheduling appointments.
Who we’re looking for
Whether you have a background in property management or have administration experience from another sector, if you are interested in property, we want to hear from you!
You will need to have a demonstratable knowledge of administrative practises as well as possess fantastic organisational skills, you will be able to manage your own time effectively whilst efficiently scheduling meetings for others.
We’re looking for a numerate individual who excels at IT, MS Office packages and using databases.
