Are you experienced in commercial and residential property maintenance seeking a new permanent position offering a good level of work / life balance?
Our brand new client, with offices based in Swavesey, is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm.
As Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for property maintenance of both residential accommodation across the Cambridgeshire & surrounding areas. Our client looks after 200+ properties. You will conduct risk assessments before work is carried out, carrying out building repairs both internally and externally, basic electrical repairs, grounds maintenance, appliance repair, furniture, fixtures & fittings, collection and delivery of materials from suppliers, dealing with drainage issues, dealing with tenants on a daily basis, and much, much more.
To be considered for the role of Property Maintenance Technician, you will have worked in a similar level maintenance role where you have dealt with multi trade to include basic electrical duties, carpentry, plumbing etc. You must be willing to undertaken training courses to compliment your job requirements, have a full clean driving licence and be happy to travel across Cambridgeshire & surrounding to your customers.
