Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join one of London's leading Estate Agents on their successful Property Management team as a Property Manager.

Duties of the Property Manager:

*Liaising with Building Management companies over communal issues
*Arranging, reviewing, and issuing property inspection reports
*Liaising with the landlord, tenant and contractors over maintenance issues, ensuring all parties are regularly kept up to date
*Drawing up legal notices for any possession recovery of the property
*Managing the check out process
*Extensive quality control to ensure all necessary documentation is in place at the tenancy outset
*Sending out check in reports to landlords and tenants and resolving any discrepancies

Character profile of the Property Manager:

*Personable and able to build rapport quickly
*Previous experience in Property Management
*Positive can do attitude

Package for the Property Manager:

*Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00 pm
*£32,000 – £34,000 plus benefits
*Great team culture
*Career progression
